7) Delivery
The delivery includes the manufacture, installation and handover of the work within the scope agreed in the work contract, with reference to the agreed study and/or project documentation.
What the delivery includes
- manufacturing of the structure and cladding
- surface finishes and installation of components (subject to scope)
- on-site installation within the agreed timeframe
- final checks and preparation for handover
Output
- Completed installation ready for acceptance.
Invoicing
Invoicing is based on the Contract for Work and agreed payment milestones (typically advance payment → manufacturing → advance payment → installation → handover → final settlement).
