This Brand Kit does not constitute a transfer or grant of a license to use the Brand or the Materials beyond that expressly agreed to in the contract or written consent of Climbing Lab s.r.o.

Usage Rules

Permitted
  • Accurately describe Makak Walls products and services
  • Use the name “Makak Walls” correctly in text
  • Use only official logos, icons, and badges provided or expressly approved by Climbing Lab s.r.o.
  • Partners and resellers may use the brand only to the extent set out in the contract and these guidelines; in case of conflict, the contract prevails
Prohibited
  • Use the Makak Walls brand for products or services that Makak Walls does not use, does not offer, or that have not been expressly approved by Climbing Lab s.r.o.
  • Imply partnership, authorization, approval, or any other official relationship with Makak Walls without a written contract or consent from Climbing Lab s.r.o.
  • Use imitations or misspellings of the brand where confusion may arise
  • Misuse the brand in PPC/SEO or in any unlawful context
  • Manufacture, offer, or distribute merchandise featuring the Makak Walls name or logo without prior written consent from Climbing Lab s.r.o.
  • Modify the logo outside the rules of this Brand Kit (especially colours, distortion, effects) unless expressly approved
