2. Intended Users
The Website is intended for consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B). Where any provision applies only to consumers, this is expressly stated.
3. Public and Non-Public Sections (Accounts, Community/Client Area)
Some parts of the Website are public; other parts are available only after registration/login (e.g., a client or community section).
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their access credentials secure.
The Operator may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account, in particular in the event of a breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or breach of applicable laws.
Non-public sections may enable content storage, communication, or access to documents. Users are responsible for ensuring they do not upload unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights (in particular copyright, trade secrets, or personality rights).
The Operator may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable laws and may restrict user access.
4. Consultation Bookings and Forms
By submitting a form or booking request, the user confirms that the information provided is true and up to date.
Submitting a booking request or enquiry is intended to agree on the next steps; binding confirmation of an appointment typically occurs by email or phone, unless stated otherwise.
The Operator may propose an alternative date/time or refuse a booking request (e.g., for capacity or operational reasons).
5. Newsletter and Marketing Communications
If the user provides consent, the Operator may send newsletters and marketing communications.
Users may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting the Operator.
For existing customers, the Operator may send marketing communications to the extent permitted by applicable law (typically information about similar goods or services), with a simple opt-out option.

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time.
The new version becomes effective upon publication on the Website, unless a later effective date is stated. Changes do not affect rights and obligations arising during the effectiveness of the previous version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
