6) Client Cooperation and Site Readiness

The purpose of this phase is to ensure smooth manufacturing and installation without unnecessary delays or additional costs. This page defines the client cooperation requirements and site readiness conditions prior to delivery.

Client Cooperation

  • appoint a contact person (technical coordination)
  • provide the approved inputs / project documentation and confirm the delivery scope
  • provide site access for inspection / site survey (as agreed)
  • confirm operating constraints (time window, shutdowns, noise restrictions)
  • confirm dates and dependencies (refurbishment, construction works)

Site Readiness

  • anchoring surfaces prepared in accordance with project documentation (wall / ceiling / floor)
  • resolved building services (MEP) clashes (electrical, ventilation/HVAC, heating, etc.)
  • secured access and installation routes (entrances, lift, handling space)
  • agreed safety regime during installation (site separation, operating conditions)
  • access to sanitary facilities for the installation team

Changes During Delivery

  • Changes to scope or conditions are handled in accordance with the change management process defined in the Contract for Work.
