Handover documentation supports acceptance and subsequent operation (safety, maintenance, service regime).

What we Typically Provide (Subject to Contract Scope)

  • relevant project preparation outputs (e.g., study, quotation, project documentation)
  • handover protocol and load test protocol
  • records/protocols related to completion of the Works
  • service regime recommendations (intervals, procedures)

Handover Checkpoints

  • conformity with the agreed scope (Study / Project Documentation / Contract for Work)
  • completeness of documentation
  • operational parameters of the installation / zone
