This FAQ summarises the most common questions about pricing, inputs, documentation, delivery, handover, service, and warranty. Further information can be found in the documentation, or we will be happy to provide it personally.

Pricing

What affects the project price

Indicatively, CZK 4,000–6,000 per m² excluding VAT. The price is influenced mainly by the location (indoor / outdoor), height and overhang, structure and anchoring, landing systems, and equipment. The exact price is determined after the consultation, study, and clarification of the scope of delivery.

The consultation is typically free of charge for up to 60 minutes. It is followed by the study, project documentation, delivery, and, where applicable, service. Invoicing and the scope of outputs are determined according to the specific phase and the subsequent contractual documentation.

No. These prices are indicative and do not constitute a proposal for the conclusion of a contract or a binding offer. The specific price, scope of delivery, terms and conditions of payment are determined individually according to the documents, the study and the work contract or order.

Inputs and Design

What we need for the design and pricing

We typically require 2D / 3D inputs for the space (PDF / DWG / SKP or photographs), information about anchoring and the structure of the building (type of wall / ceiling / floor), building services clashes, the operating mode and target user groups, and the required delivery date.

If inputs are missing, we will recommend the next step or a site survey. During the initial consultation, we will clarify the brief, review the available inputs, and recommend the most suitable procedure.

The standard process starts with a consultation, followed by inputs for the study and pricing, the study, project documentation, the Works Contract, delivery, handover, and subsequent service.

Documentation

What outputs you typically receive

Project documentation typically includes a structural assessment and a technical report as the basis for delivery and handover. The specific scope of documentation is always defined according to the project type and agreement.

Handover documentation typically includes the handover protocol, relevant documents relating to the delivery according to the scope of delivery, records or reports related to the completion of the installation, and recommended service regime.

No. The binding definition of scope, parameters, schedule, and performance conditions is always set out in the specific contractual documentation, in particular the Works Contract and its appendices.

Delivery

From the study to handover of the completed installation

The duration of the study and delivery is determined individually according to the project scope, the readiness of the inputs, the technical solution, and the scheduling constraints of the site. During the consultation, we will clarify the procedure and propose a schedule.

The delivery usually includes the consultation, study, Works Contract, project documentation, manufacturing, installation, handover, warranty, and subsequent service.

Yes. Service interventions, modifications, and modernization can also be arranged separately according to the technical condition of the installation, the operating mode, and the required scope of work.

Handover, service and warranty

Long-term care after project completion

We provide inspections, typically once a year and more often under high operational load, as well as maintenance and modifications according to the operating mode and level of use. The service regime can be arranged as a one-off service or at regular intervals. The output is an inspection report and recommendations for corrective measures.

We provide a 60-month warranty for the delivered installation. The specific warranty scope, conditions, and claim procedure are set out in the Works Contract and in the handover documentation.

Yes. Service interventions and modifications can be arranged separately according to the technical condition of the installation, the operating mode, and the required scope of work.
