4) Project Documentation

Project documentation serves as a basis for the construction and handover of a climbing wall or bouldering wall. It is delivered electronically (PDF) and typically includes a structural assessment and a technical report.

Inputs

  • approved study / concept
  • space inputs (PDF / DWG / SKP or site survey)
  • confirmed anchoring details and building services (MEP) clashes
  • confirmed delivery scope and zones

Includes

  • structural assessment (assessment of the structure and anchoring)
  • technical report (description of the solution, parameters and requirements)

Typically Excluded (Unless Agreed)

  • workshop / manufacturing documentation
  • documentation of other disciplines (construction, electrical, ventilation/HVAC) outside the agreed scope

Delivery and Invoicing

  • delivered electronically (PDF)
  • invoiced separately as agreed, typically prior to delivery of the documentation
