  • Project type: climbing wall / bouldering wall / combination, indoor / outdoor (brief description + photos / PDF)
  • Purpose and users: children / public / training / competitions
  • Space and constraints: clashes, access, operating constraints (PDF / DWG / SKP or photos)
  • Anchoring and building structure + building services (MEP) clashes: brief description + detail photos
  • Key parameters: area, height, overhangs, profiles (indicative)
  • Equipment: landing systems / belay system / auto-belay devices (if applicable)
  • Schedule and dependencies: time window, operating restrictions

Output

  • confirmation of what is sufficient for the study and what needs to be added
  • a specific list of required inputs (or an agreed site survey)
