2) Inputs for the Study and Pricing

These inputs are used to prepare the study, define the technical solution, and establish pricing.

Space

  • 2D drawings (PDF / DWG) and a 3D model (SKP; other formats by agreement), or a site survey by our designer
  • recommended: plans / sections / elevations, clear heights, obstacles (windows, radiators, ventilation/HVAC, lighting), and installation access

Anchoring and Building Structure

  • building structure type (masonry / reinforced concrete / steel / timber)
  • anchoring surfaces (wall / ceiling / floor)
  • build-ups, thicknesses and surface layers (if available)
  • building services (MEP) in the installation area (electrical, ventilation/HVAC, heating, etc.): conflicts, constraints, penetrations

Operation and Users

  • purpose and target user groups (children / schools / public / performance training / competitions)
  • indicative capacity and utilization
  • equipment requirements (landing systems, belay system)

Key Parameters

  • indoor / outdoor
  • area, height, overhangs / profiles (indicative)
  • landing system (type, extent) and add-ons

Schedule and Constraints

  • requested installation date (or time window)
  • operating constraints (school operation, weekends, access, noise)
  • site readiness (related construction works)

Outputs after Inputs Review

  • confirmation whether the inputs are sufficient and what needs to be added
  • recommendation of the next step: study / project documentation / delivery
