12) Modifications

Modifications adjust zones, profiles, or equipment based on operating needs, utilisation, and target user groups (capacity, training, competitions, safety).

Modification Inputs

  • current condition of the Works and operating mode
  • objectives (capacity, training, zones, safety, maintenance)
  • site constraints and building services (MEP) clashes (if relevant)
  • requested timing and shutdown requirements

Modification Outputs

  • proposed modifications to zones / profiles and scope of intervention
  • recommended approach (one-off intervention / maintenance regime)
  • inputs for pricing based on scope

Invoicing

  • Invoiced as agreed.
