proposal for the specific space and operating mode, including visualization and a pricing framework.<br><strong>Output:<\/strong> concept, visualization, price framework, inputs for project documentation \/ delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Project Documentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Structural assessment and technical report as the basis for delivery and handover (PDF).<br><strong>Output:<\/strong> project documentation (structural assessment + technical report).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5) Works Contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p
